Cyclone FPV offers an exclusive USA based HGLRC Warranty Repair / Replacement service via our online HGLRC Support Form. You are encouraged to read the warranty details prior to submitting this online form. You can find the warranty details here. Once you have reviewed the information and are ready to continue, please complete the form below in its entirety and submit it.
Please note that you MUST provide an attachment of your proof of purchase, and pictures of the parts that you are looking to have repaired or replaced. Videos will also be helpful and may speed up the RMA process. DO NOT disconnect the parts from the drone and then take a picture. We want to see the items connected as they were when the issues began. To attach your email proof of purchase and also your pictures /video, select the paperclip icon located inside text area where you describe the issues you are having. If you do not attach a purchase receipt and a at least one picture of your item connected to your drone, your RMA will not be processed.
